Wedding Coordinator vs. Wedding Planner
It’s important to understand how a coordinator is different from a full service wedding planner so that you can determine how much support you may or may not need.
Unlike working with a planner, you choose and book all of your vendors (although I am always happy to recommend some of my favorite people to work with!), you design what you want everything to look like, and you attend all of your own vendor meetings. While I am here if any questions arise, much of your wedding planning journey is independent.
In the last 1-2 months of planning, we start working really closely to organize everything so that I understand your vision and can bring all of your plans to life.
Wedding Coordinator vs. Venue Coordinator
Where hiring a full scale wedding planner might be too MUCH support, only having a venue coordinator might not be enough! Venues provide you with a contact who will usually help with minor set up and will help get you down the aisle—but their actual involvement on the day of is typically quite limited. That’s because venue coordinators are hired to service and do what is best for the whole venue and any events happening that day. On the flip side a wedding coordinator works for you and is able to provide very hands-on, personal support all day long .

Yes! I bring an assistant with me on the day of the wedding for most events. Sometimes I come with a whole team! It just depends on the nature of your wedding day (are there multiple venues? Is there a lot of set up? etc.) and how many extra sets of hands I think I’ll need!

I’m local to Boca Raton but I’m also originally from Saint Augustine! Because of this, I do not assess a travel fee for the following counties: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, St. Lucie, Duval, St. John’s, Clay.

Content creation differs from hiring a professional photographer or videographer, because everything captured is for the purpose of social media sharing.
All content is captured and edited on iPhone rather than professional cameras. While the quality will never match professional grade cameras, we strive to create high definition social media ready content. Hiring a content creator is a great option for couples who cannot afford a videographer/additional photo assistants or who are active social media users. It’s also a great way to have lots of photos and videos that will hold you over until your photographer/videographer delivers your gallery–and that can be several weeks! to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
